Generally we visit BigBazar for monthly grocery items....In Dec2006 I bought two ladies jacket from BIGBAZAR K.H.Road Bangalore, everything was normal and we usually visit different BigBazar every 10-15 Days for shopping.......
In July-Aug 2007, as usual we were for shopping in BigBazar Kathriguppe, Banaglore, after bill payment we proceeded towards security for bill check and exit here problem begin, Security stopped my wife and ask to give her Jacket (same that we bought in Dec 2006 from BigBazar, K.H.Rd), I asked wat happened wats issue, Security person told me you have not paid for this jacket and u r carring this outside of Bazar without payment,
I was shocked and asked how is it possible, we bought this from BB, K.H. Road long back & how can u say like this he insisted and told he need to verify this. I said if u can show same jacket in ur whole store I will pay u as much as u ask he asked me to wait & he went inside I waited for 10-15 min after that he return n told me this is not in our stock but at the time of purchase sales man has not removed security tag (A white thin paper inside pocket of jacket) that y it was beeping .I asked him that I want to speak to manager coz it was whole insult front of 100 + people without any mistake manager removed sticker inside from jacket and assured me it won’t happen again.
Now issue is that who is culprit coz customer don’t know, once security policy that where they are sticking security tag n etc this is responsibility of sales person & Bigbazar that they should take care of this during sale. This way they have proved that Mr. biyani Bigbazar is not so much dedicated to service and Quality of service.
So, next time when buying anything from BIGBAZAR take care of thier Security Tag.....otherwaise they can caught you anytime anywhere during that product life.
