I have a very bad experience with Big Bazaar. I bought a bunk bed from Old Madras Road branch on 22 Nov with a delivery date of 2 Dec. Despite 22 phone calls till now, there is no response. The sales manager has switched off his mobile and is completely unreachable.
Often they say it is on the way - till about half an hour ago, at 9.30 PM, still I hear same words from the shop, though the manager is unreachable. There was another manager on 22 Nov, who gave me his number, but suddenly, for the reasons best known to Big Bazaar only, he was transferred to Mysore Big Bazaar. And this new manager Syyed is highly incompetent.
Can someone tell me how to file consumer complaint in consumer forum?
