I had booked an imperia shoerack -solid wood 205000001718099 booked byDilip on 8.03.2009 by cash memo no.T39/25327 at Big Bazaar , Katriguppe, Banashankari, Bangalore-560085 for my Daughter"s Birthday .It waspromised to be delivered in 10 days.
But I was surprised to recieve itwithin one week.To our surprise when the technician came after 3 daysto assemble it we found that we had recieved a different colouredRack(booking was done for the colour shown in the catalogue ie.honey& the product sent was Dirty Oak ), the person then contacted hisseniors & promised us to Exchange it in 15days.
