First of all they try to sell you that T-24 mobile plan saying its free and later charge 30 rs for activation , they put in magazine saying its free and later if you see the bill it 5rs in it.. Please check you bill before leaving...
Staff are the most horrible. They don’t know what customer service is. They are rude. I got a koryo rice cooker.. the salesperson told its a bigbazaar product and it has a 2 year guarantee, , , blah blah...
The rice cooker stopped working the 5th day. When I took it back, they told service is not done here...and showed my tiny printouts pasted on the 2 corners of the wall which are barely visible. When I asked why was I not informed about this when I was buying it, , the staff got rude stating may be you should learn to read with other members joining in, , ,
