purchase a dinning set from Big Bazar, at their Teghoria show room, Kolkata on 01st December, 2006 under their product code 205000001188261 Dinning Set 4 Chair by making 100 % full payment and they promissed to deliever and assemble the same withn 07 calender days i.e.07th December, 2006. After a lot of persuation they only supplied chairs and two pieces of glass in knocked down condition and just went away.
After enquiry I came to know that they will be supplying dinning tables in a future date and again their persons will again be visiting my residence for assembly
They are very agrassive in selling their merchandice and very little regard for the customers and they took the customers for granted.
I wonder how a supplier retains the merchandice which they have sold and got full price and why should a customer has to report for this again and again
