At Big Bazaar Kandivli the staff is very lethargic, unco-operative and the staffs attitude towards its customers is pathetic. There were many customers who were fuming because they announce schemes and when the customer goes for billing then they point out many things which disallow you to collect the gifts or prizes associated with the purchases.
They fleece the customers in broad daylight. They had mentioned that on purchases of Rs. 1000 there was 5kg sugar free but when we went to bill our purchases we were informed that oil purchases can’t be included in the Rs. 1000 purchase. This clause was never mentioned in any manner anywhere in the store. Hence we couldn’t get the announced free sugar. This is not about the free sugar that I am cribbing but this is one of the methods of fleecing the customers. Beware. Don’t fall for this malls claims. There were many customers fighting with the billing clerks. You people don’t be next.
We will never visit this groups mall again in our lifetime.
