I have been to Big Bazaar, koramangla today Sunday 18/12/2011. I have bought garments and some inner wears(Receipt no.0022315) and bill came upto 862 Rs. After paying the bill and I was in the exit, one security guy have stopped us and started checking the items. This uncultured security guard started opening all the ladies under wear and started remove pack. He took few and said that he has some doubt on the bill and came back and asked for other ladies inner wear. This is quite embarrassing for me since I went with my wife. Inspite me explaining him that the bill has 6 items paid and I am carrying the same 6 items. That uncultured Big Bazaar security guy was not able to read the number of items in the bill nor he was able to understand English. When I went to speak to the manager of the store, instead of asking for apology he started justifying his action and defending himself.
My questions to this shameless Big Bazaar management - If an item is taken away without billing will the machines at the exits not track this? inspite of no such alert, why the security is asked to open the ladies inner garments and check(not the pack, but he has opened the complete garment).
My suggestions to all is please dont visit this shop and dont get yourself in the embarassing situation in front of front of your family members, imagine if someone trying to open and see the inner garments which you have bought for your family memebers and they are too in situation to see this.
