I had been to Bigbazaar Koramangal branch on 8th May to buy a cot. I selected the cot and asked for same day delivery. The sales guy went inside to inquire and informed me that’s its possible but it would cost be 200 extra. I called me them after couple of hours and they had no idea when it would reach me. I had given up on the delivery and went to sleep. At around 11 pm the delivery guy called me to delivery. I was not particularly happy but I asked him to come.
Now they came and dumped the stuff and started leaving. I asked them to fix the cot for which they said the carpenter would come tomorrow. I was shocked and asked them why did they disturb me. they could have come together. I had a long argument which was no use. I spoke to someone and he apologized and informed me that the carpenter would come at 11 am. I am new to Bangalore and just setting down. I waited for the carpenter whole day and after several calls, the carpenter turned up at 8 pm.
I am sure all of us know the value of a Sunday. and just because of bigbazaar inability my whole day was wasted. The worst thing I found was that these guys didn’t even realize that they are causing me lot of inconvenience. I am just starting using the product. So I can let you know about the quality of the product later. However based on the service feedback, I would suggest all of you to stay away from them.
