I ordered on 19th May. After order placed they auto cancel my order and they didn’t start my refund.. i mailed them they replied me that they initiate refund and it will reflect immediately in my future pay account. but till now there is no any refund comes. i try 100 times to contact customer care but this is world’s no. 1 poor customer service.. i think big bazaar online is a fraud of national level. first they take order and after this cancel the order automatically. and they consume refund.. please take immediate action
