Yestreday 03/jan/2008 I had a horrible experience at big bazaar kolkata. This is I think the first experinece like this in recent years for me so I feel others should be aware of these kinds of incidents .
Yesterday afternoon I went to big bazaar @ VIp road on which I am a regular customer for the past 1.5 yrs. I took a hand-busket and I didnt noticed that there was a empty chocolate wrapper inside it, so after finishing shopping at the cash consule the person asked me...? what’s this ma’am ?
I fell from heaven , he showed me the chocolate wrapper. I said it was there previously, I didn’t noticed, I just took the basket.
He called some higher person and I was asked to sit in a office room . 15 minutes I was stuck there, worst few other customers also saw the incident and my honor was melt down.the big bazaar people looked/treated me as I am a thief.
Later one manager type person came and asked me what happened. I explained. He again told me to wait. Again 10 minutes later without saying anything I was allowed to go.
It was a complete nightmare
