MOUSE IN STORE,FLY ON PIZZA, BILLING ISSUEs !

The experience at Big bazaar at mega mall , Oshiwara Mumbai has been unpleasant. Over the last few months what I have observed is:


Billing issues- for .e.g. a Buy 1 get 1 free. I was charged for both the items in the bill and that too not at the discounted price.


More n more Billing issues - Wrong price charged at the counter than the one displayed


Again billing issues- more can be written .. & I catch them every time.. Then we need to wait for more time at the customer service desk to get a refund Literally every time


Saw House fly on the pizza at the sweets & snacks counter , where rasgullas etc are sold. Poor employee who was at the counter was so embarrassed when I commented loudly on the cleanliness maintained


Also observed a mouse who was running helter skelter near the groceries sections


the trend continues !!.. While I was writing this review Just now I received my home delivery packet.. I got 2 packets of Daawat basmati rice , but was charged in the bill for 3 packets!! We bought 3 kgs of sugar (but were charged for 4 kgs in the bill) Wow !!


I called them up, they told me to come over & collect the refund ! Ok now I need to travel two way in my car... more fuel usage.


Ok .After a day--- I went there with my mom(who does the shopping), more than two hours of mine were wasted.Ill tell you how.Standing at the customer desk asking for refund.The "friendly" guy suggested we take home the 3rd packet instead of taking the refund.(Wahh I think) My mom agrees as the rice seemed to be good.She calls here sister(my aunt) asking her if she too wants.Aunt says she wants 4 packets of these 5 kg basmati rice.... Ok here we enter the shopping area again..Means more products (of course apart from the rice ) shopped ! .... again a four-digit bill !! .. You see what a way of making the consumers spend more n more n more by their smart tactics!


Phew!


I mailed them on sharewithus@pantaloon.com  , called them on customer care numbers. Not much seemed to have done.So I thought I will write this review.


ALso the "TASTY TREAT" brand of food products (which is their local brand of Pantaloon) is just of mediocre quality.None of them, yes NONE of the products are of good quality.Never , yes NEVER buy anything of this label.
