I used to visit Big Bazaar (Mumbai - Mainly MULUND & THANE) Quite often 15 months back and I was facinated about the product range and offers thay have to customer. But When I think now, thay are actually fooling people like any thing else.
There quality now sucks. Usually the product they have are below standard (except some in food section).
Now thay have a good customer base. They are not treating people like they do earlier.
They have defects in vertually every sections and products.
And mostly People spend more time in Queue pay counter rather then shooping.
My review is general. If you want specific review I can give on it But its not worth.
In general, Big Baazar is fooling people. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
I can recomment people to go to Nirmal lifestyle shopperite (Mulund) or go to eternity Mall(Thane) or D-Mart(Thane) which is close and you get good products.
