I had been to your food bazaar store at city centre mall mumbai central mumbai on 11/05/11 at 11:30 pm I had the wporst experience of my life. I have been ur regular customer of different branches but have always been very happy with ur services but today was the the limit I had been on the payment counter of mr sudesh u pawar employee id 165324 or 165724, he was talking in such an arrogant way first he did not inform me about the Indian shopping festival that I had to tell him before the bill was made.
When I told him I had a e pass book he made such a arrogant face because he had to bill all over again after finishing the billing he told me I have to wait for sometime as the sach drinks which I had take didnt have the serial no I asked him how much time he just replied that its not his responsibility to go and search for the person concerned
and I will have to wait till he finds some one so I like I fool again want for searching the sach drinks leaving my two kids in the line. he told me that he could not leave the desk but before that he himself had gone to ask some one it was really a pathetic experience at the mall I dont think I will visit such a place again where customers are not cared for nor will I ask my friends and relatives to visit ,
