Bad service

Bad experience in big bazaar


I bought one bicycle maxit 21 gearsin April 2019 at the time of selling I was being told there is one year warranty for the same. But in


15days at it own the back gearing box got damaged. And when I went with my bicycle to big bazaar they came to know that it’s a faulty product but still they gave me the same replacing the part.Every retail company has policy to replace the product but I was told that it will get replaced partso I agreed to them.


Then again in the month of may 2019 my gear box gave me issue again they repaired and give to me. When I took my bicycle to bigbazzar again they started asking money to repair it from me. Mean while I as fighting to take replacement of my bicyclenone them helped me neither category head Mr.Vivek nor Mr. Sameer Cre head.


In fact when I had verbal communication with Mr. Vivek then I got call from Mr. Sameer saying we have replaced the part again and if this doesn’t work properly we will replace the whole cycle. Because of this statement I agreed to this again.


But later after 10days again same problem occur but this time Mr. Sameer denied that he had not given commitment like that and again I called Mr. Vivek to tell him this happening at bigbazzar he said I will talk to Mr. Sameer and get back to u.


But instead of getting call back from Mr. Vivek I used to follow with him and check what is happening as he didn’t had courtesy to call instead he started disconnecting my calls, later after two days I called him again and came to know that I m not getting replacement u need to take same bicycle.


And the one of their staff said confidently that he was in Hypercity from last 10yrs and none of the cycle had problem in a rude tone to me (Customer).


Pathetic is small word to describe their services.


And the staff are so arrogant that they will never give u positive reply incase of helping customer if they r in problem like me.


So guys now finally I m fed up of big bazaar Kasarvadavli thane west for giving such cheap service to customer


1). No coordination


2). No update to customer


3). No customer experience


So I will not recommend any one and definitely not my friends and relatives to visit this store to purchase anything from this outlet.


I m writing this feedback I don’t know how much this worth sharing may the company head office guys take it seriously.
