After not finding Hitachi window AC from all big outlets and local shop in Gurgaon(So called the millenium City), I reluctantly bought it from BIG BAZAAR Sahara Mall Gurgaon, with a koryo Stabalizer Free(is anything actually free in this world), to my suprise
the unit was delivered on time the next day(A Big relief to me) though not installed yet, I was inspecting the Stabilizer and found it to be a old one with the warranty seal broken, called Mr kaushik(who made the chalan) to get it replaced ASAP,
here are the justification and excuses given by him
1)That might be a Mistake from the the delivery boys(how come they keep and sell Old stabalizer with warranty seal broken)
2)Have to wait for 4 to 5 days for the new one as it is out of stock(Why it was not informed me at the time of purchase?)
3)Have to call and check of availibility(are they not responsible for calling and replacing the unit)
4)Have to come and collect(Why should I spent on petrol to get it replaced?)
After a little arguing here where the comments
1) We did a mistake in giving you a free Stabalizer( Is that free offer was given by Mr. kuashik or big bazzar?)
2) You can give the AC back to us and we will refund you(i dont know how much pain I have to bear to get the money back, no efforts to retain the customer)
3) Uncertainity on tentative dates for replacement(Should I bear the heat after paing 28000 rs)
I swear of not buying any electronics items from Bigbazzar in near future, The biggest problem of indian customer is the lack of judical knowledge to deal with such type of frauds
and even if they are available it is timeconsuming, expensive and corrupted
I seriously feel that we are poor people in hands of this big Corporate lobby
If you want your future trouble free dont buy it from future group.
