Gone to home bazaar for new furniture in bedroom. range was quite good. but there were no representatives. still selected one wardrobe, dressing table and a small bed attachment. they said it will be delivered till 30th of september. so I booked it by paying some amount as said by them. on 22 23 and 24 september got call that you order is ready so deposit the remaining cash and your product will be delivered. when i’ve gone to pay cash the person there said "aapka order abhi aya nahi hai sir, we will call you when your furniture is ready.". pathetic.
now even as I write on 29th of sep. they say that it is impossible to give you your furniture till tommorow.
I guess there is no coordination in the store. everyone is confused if the furniture is even ordered to prepare or not. that is worst service i’ve ever experienced.!
