I placed order in Bigbazzar online of Madurai branch Tamilnadu and they delivered wrong items amd only few products for Rs 3000 with a Rs 75 delivery changer that too 4 km away from my house. when i asked for return they said we have to come directly and return the item. When i asked why i got wrong items over the phone the manager in Madurai shop rudely told that if you want, you keep the items otherwise return everything. When i went directly for the exchange and return i almost finished my process but the manager over there was keep on shouting that customers should not return only exchange should be done. When i asked, as because you gave me wrong items and as you do not have the items which i ordered i came for return but still he started talking rudely and giving rowdiness reactions in his face. When i complaint and told about the wrong delevery and When i was about to leave he again shouted behind me to send me out of the shop. Also asked four ladies staff to come and take me out and he created such a scene and made me feel ill treated and then he went to the gate and closed the door and shouted again. He added that, you may bring corona and spread it in my shop. He also said, Get out of my shop. (I think he imagined himself as the owner of the store, where he is just an employee) He acted as a typical rowdy and mistreating customers. The manager’s disgusting behavior towards me have put down all the goodness thoughts that i had for the shop. #bigbazaarmanagement you will ruin the business because of these kind of rowdies staff.
