Hi I am divyesh, a Software Engineer. Some days back I came to know that Big Bazar is purchasing junk and giving good value of that for exchange with new product.
Well I had some old newspapers and plastic botels. When I went to Phoenix Market City Big Bazar. The staff of Big Bazar were collecting the junk in parking. When I went there I found the weight mesurement machine was not working fine and on different attempts it was displaying different weight for the same product. When I told this to the available person, he clearly said that we will take like this only, if you want to give, you give, otherwise get out from here. He also said that this is our place and we will do whatever we want and he also used some abusive language in Tamil he used, which I could not understand.
So please please be aware about this if you are going there.
2nd thing I caught Big Bazar 3 times bcoz there was error in final billing. They were charging more that MRP. So please check your bill properly.
