I visited White House, Begumpet, HYD store to buy a good mobile for my office use on Diwali day, After seeing all mobiles the store executive and manager Mirza suggested to go for Videocon z41 phone and I purchased it. The store guy wrongly inserted the sim in wrong slot it got stuck and they asked me to come in the evening.
When I went in the evening after taking delivery the phone was not working then they gave another phone of same kind I was in hurry I asked if same is not working what to do they said u come we will see.
Nxt 4 Diwali holidays couldn’t test the performance on Nxt working day when we used phone voice was cracking poor clarity and phone gets heat in 2 minutes of use.
I visited the store they said once sold no return if I want I can go to Videocon service station r exchange mobile with new one.
Called theair customer care made me to wait three hours at 8pm they said sorry we can’t do anything only option left is send a mail we will try to do something.
