Never buy any product on bigcmobiles.in they are real bstrds sitting in the customer care.I have made an order for Micromax canvas HD, their shipping lines are that they have to deliver with in 7 working days. After buying the product I have to call no of times to the customer care, but these b!@#$%% always reply with a different answer every time you call.
They took 4 to 5 days to confirm the money transfer which I have bought it by online net banking, unlike other online sites they will confirm you on the same day.After 1 week of confirming the payment they told that they don’t have any stock with them and I have to wait for another 4 to 5 days for the item to be shipped.
After numerous call from me, never giving the correct from the customer care. At last I asked for the refund of the money, now they started with a new answer that the server is down and some staff is on leave, that kind of a bullshit by these b@#$%^. So guys please don’t buy any product from the online. My brother also in trouble by buying some items on timtara.com.
Please don’t buy any product from online sites other than flipkart and ebay.in....one star is not the least one for bigc mobiles
