Many times I have visited this place, because there is only one multiplex in jamnagar.
My experience was not good. Poor management, very unskilled and mis-manageable staff.
Once, I have booked tickets for my family and at the hall there were some other persons were sited on our seats, they are not going from there and the ticket checker was not answering us even not telling those persons to go to their respective seats, manager was not there in multiplex, and at last we have to shift to other seats though, we have early booking of our seats.
Two times this thing was occurred.
Another thing was there is a board of rate for platinum class tickets, but you can not get that seats. Not even online or not in window. Every time you will answered that platinum is booked. I have talked about this to the manager and he replayed that those seats are not for you, If those seats are not for common people then why they are showings platinum board on window with rates.
Like these I have also shown many things which happen to other people. seats are dirty and not managed properly.
