I want to tell everybody about the worst experience of booking movie tickets. I went to watch movie with my five friends in Zirakpur to watch the movie. I booked the tickets in advance for that on BIGCINEMAS.com, & ask me that was also a pain in head to do that.
There website navigation & payment option was of the worst kind ever possible. This was not the only thing but a more worse was waiting for us in there. when I showed them the ticket confirmation slip to get the original tickets, what they said had shocked anybody.
They told me that all of my tickets are being cancelled due to a software problem at their end due to which double tickets have been issued for same seats.
Now me & my friends were so angry that we fought with their management, but instead of saying sorry for their mistake, they just said that we can’t do anything in this matter & refund for these tickets will also be given after proper verification.
I wanna say everybody to not use this bigcinemas service ever.
