Well first of all, this Cinema chain is not good and is not maintained properly. The cost of tickets are also high on their price.
The food provided here does not have the quality but still are sold very costly. Talking about the seating arrangements, the seats here are not comfortable. Even the audio quality varies. Sometimes the audio level is too high sometimes its low. The toilets here are not maintained. The toilet flush here does not work properly.
Due to this the toilet starts to stink. The cleaning staff is also lazy. Once there were popcorn’s spread all over below my seat. I notified it to the concerned person, they said they will clean it up, but no one arrived there. So going to the movies with your friends or family is not a good option. Couples also are not advised. I do not recommend BIG Cinema, My thumbs for this Cinema chain are Down.
