VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!
Just got off the phone a few minutes back, having booked 2 seats for the late night (2245 hrs) show on the 20th May 2005 for Star Wars Episode III.
While it did not take time to get through to the customer service guy, what happened next was absolutely shocking.
He was unable to tell me which seats I have been booked for...
So all I know that I am going to get 2 seats that the system thinks is good for me... I seriously hope and pray that the seats are together....
For all I know, the system may decide that the two of us need to see the movie sitting away from each other!!!!
This is absolutely crazy. I am paying you guys 20 rupees extra for this facility and cant even decide which seats I sit on??? Or even know which seats I am going to be allotted by the system.
I dont think I am ever going to phone in for tickets ever again!
This is very very sad and smacks of bureaucracy where we have to take what we are given!!!
