Kindly please don’t use this product guys. This product is not at all beneficial and its not good for health also. My brother used it for a while and his health started getting affected badly and also it didn’t helped him to build any muscle, instead it started harming his health, thankfully my parents understood quilkly about this product damaging his health and advised him not to use it anymore and after he stopped using this product he again started getting fine and healthy and now he uses natural methods to build his muscles. So, as a product this product is not worth of using and the packaging is also average. A waste of money.
