Today it becomes 6 days for buying big tv. I bought it in marathalli, bangalore . from the starting day the customer care number is busy busy and busy. after wasting 25 minutes I am able to connect to the customer care people.
Today it becomes 6 days , I am still waiting for installation. I got many complain numbers. but all are not of any use. I need installation . not complain numbers. I did not expect numbers at least. today again I had called .and the person at customer care tells that it will be today , by evening. now it is 4:30 pm. till now no one has called.
I think it is a bad bad bad decission from my side to buy big tv to my home. all the reviews on internet tell the same problem with the installation. if the people can not install why they have taken our money and kept quite. is it possible to return my big tv kit ? if anyone knows it then I am planning it will be a better option for me.
