Bought the BIG TV kit from Reliance World, CMH Road, Bangalore on 31st August. I called up the customer care and requested for the installation for which provided work order No. 0000000000894675 and told the installation will be done by 3rd of September.
I called up the customer care on 4th and lodged a formal complaint and they gave the complaint number 75191229, the matter will be resolved in 48 hours was the answer from them. It is 8 days since I bought the Kit, no installation is done.
Shame on Reliance people who have launched such a big offer with poor service personal. I request everyone please don’t buy BIG TV DTH connection till the service is improved.
Let us see how the quality of the DTH service from reliance will improve or go down. We have other DTH service providers who are going to launch very soon. I request everyone to wait and watch for another two to three months.
