Bigtv is till date my biggest mistake of life. From the day I took the set-top box(some two months ago), I’m facing issues after issues. I’m listing all of them below:
The installation itself took 2-3 days. The installation guy came, fixed the antenna, attached the set-top box to TV and fled with the assurance that it will be up in half an hour. That half and hour took 3 days to pass.
Now, signal is lost every time strong wind blows or a little rain happens. **Worst quality.
It is not working from 6th June and till now I have called their customer care atleast 50 times. First of all number does not connect, even if it connects the guys take 15 minutes(atleast) to respond. And over that if they can’t resolve your queries, they simply DISCONNECT. Heights of unprofessionalism.
If you go to reliance comm centre(from there I bought my set-top box), they talk very rudely and will simply say "we are not at all bothered whether it works or not". **Worst dealers.
*5. They don’t even care about your complaint number(if you succeed in logging one).

With all the above pain points and ordeal that I went through I will suggest anybody going for bigtv connection not only think twice or thrice but atleast 100 times. only the name is big, rest everything is not only small but stinky also.
Just waiting for the day when they get kicked out of market.
