I had to buy a dth connection for my office and since I have tata sky plus and dish tv, I thought let me try for Big TB this time. I went to a near by dealer for a demo and had a very horrible experience there. First of all, the dealer was not warm & cordial as well.
They provide dealership to any tom dick and harry I guess. When he was showing us the demo, his stb suddenly restarted. And he gave us an excuse that there could a power fluctuation. In some time it happened again and this time I thought there is something wrong. I tried touching the stb and it was piping hot.
I asked the dealer what is this, and he admitted that this piece is not working properly. I have even heard this frommy friend and big tv has really poor quality of product in the market. Really surprised how they are surviving.. Now I will go with tata sky connection, definitely better than the competition..
