We have been using Big TV for a few weeks and here is the basic reveiw
Product is decent.
There is delay in fixing your connection. Just check the net and you will here more such horror stories
Customer service sucks BIG time ;-( Irrespective of when you call, you will have to be on hold for 10 - 15 mins. Really Bad, just like any of Anil Ambanis ventures.
Nothing major to write home about. Would have been a great product but is a customer serice disaster... (remember Rcom!!)
All the best guys.. Youve been warned. Dont forget to guy a handsfree for your phone alongwith BIG tv as you need to hold on for soooo long to connect to customer service. The wait for installation is something you will find is another regular complaint. We were lucky that it took only a few days.

Forgot to add the bit about recharge vouchers... Guess what - they arent available at many of the reliance web world outlets either!! When you go to one, you will be directed to another without being told whether its available there or not.. Absolute rubbish back end for a decent product..
