I have purchased the reliance BIG TV 5 months ago. Though I did not have that much good service, I was still using that. Yesterday, they had a problem in the system(I guess). The BOX is not working as its giving some stupid smart card error.
Tried to call the customer care for number of times but no one is answering the call(Usually I get the call connected in 3-4 attempts) as all of them are busy with assisting other customers.
Today the bell was ringing but no one picked the call. Their interactive system is also not working as expected. So guys I am not satisfied with the service they have provided and most probably, I will shut the service down though just 2 days ago I have recharged my account. Guys, if you have faced such problem before or anyone is still facing such problem please share it.
