I bought set-top-box on 27th and after struggling for 2 days I got CC connected, I tried in the midnight at 2AM and 5AM and in the night 11PM but I got line is busy even after I got my workorder after 2 days or my purchase.
Still I did not receive any call from the engineer and to know the status I was trying to contact CC but I am feeling like hell, I was on waiting for almost 1 hour and still not get contact and I am in a great frustration, if they are busy atleast they need to tell there is a dely, if wew dont get any response what should I think about this stupid BIG TV.
We get service and support through CC only and when we could not reach CC how they provide service, that mean their service is also poor.
When they saying 24/7 service and we get call from enginner after 4hrs why there is so dely, I feel its a lie and cheat.
