I bought BIG TV set top box 6 days back and hardly I got connected to customer care twice and after informing to them no response, I dont know wehether they will install it or its waste of my money.
I got this kind of infromation from almost all my frtinds who bought big tv, this is frustrating situation. such a big company and such a nasty service, dont go for BIG TV, its big blunder i have ever done.
I believe there might only one CC person and that is also not speaking properly (english) with this we can understand their standards, I will really think on choosing reliance products in future.
Just belief on Reliance I bought this, but I realised that I am still wasintg my money in calling their customer care people.
I think they dont confidence on their product, otherwise whay they are not ready to take customer calls and resolve.
