I installed BIG TV in September with a 6-month free premium pack. Everything was prompt, installation, service, etc. but the worst had to happen after 3 months. These people disconnected the services after 3 months with a bill of Rs. 1265 outstanding on my behalf.
Customer service is always busy, if u r free for at least 1 hour u may call. I called them many-many times about this and they say u have recharged it in August that I had never. Why would one recharge any connection for validity before it expires that has a validity for 6 months.
Customer care has no answer to this end. Everytime the complaint is closed. No response to email. Recovery people are giving me a whole lot trouble regarding the dues. The Reliance salogan "Kar Lo Duniya Muthi Mein" should be "Kar Lo Duniya Ka Paisa Apni Muthi Mein." I am planning to go to consumer court and sue these people.
This has not happened to me, but all my 3 friends who got this installed in Dehradun are also repenting. The dish goes for Rs 50 in scrap after paying Rs. 3000. If you have spare time to call customer service and file a case in consumer court, you are welcome to install BIG TV. So, NEVER NEVER go for BIG TV, instead purchase AIRTEL......
