Big TV

I am unfortunate customer of Big TV. I repent my worst buy in my life. Bought lot of problems, wasted time calling customer care and false promises. I am not not happy with Big TV. I am customer from Bangalore bought smart 2190 package

You dont get colors channels, Aajtak worst customer service. I had hell of time to make understand my problems to them.

Worst set top box. It gives me nice bluescreen randomly often once in half a hour

You get shock

Channels and remote is not friendly.

Favorite list short is not friendly.

Ok. Picture and sund quality is good. Channel surfing is slow. I will use it for 1 year and throw to gutter. Local cable is better.

PEOPLE DO NOT BUY if you do not want problems.. I have wasted a lot of money and now wasting tracking my complaints to customer care nu, ber. There is no cancellation or refund on the product.
