You will just end up chasing the customer care and also without even basic channels if you get a problem. They have the worst customer care/service response. They just update their records saying that they have resolved and nobody bothers to check too. As good as not having TV when theres a problem because Reliance Big TV never resolves your poblem.
Our complaint got closed twice without resolution, Their customer careteam just cut calls
They dont have any escalation too. They say that their group lead /manager havent come or gone for lunch (at 11:30 am) or cut calls during transfer
Its good only till you get a problem, Once a problem arrives they takes weeks to solve.actually I donno even weeks as our problem hasnt resolved
