I took it a month ago. From then on my nightmare started. I have one or the other problem from it. First day itself the set top box was not working. I gave 3 complaints, none of them came & corrected it. We went personally to the retailer & got an adopter back. They never came. Exactly after 15 days, suddenly all channels were stopped. W/o any prior notice.
Though I took the South Popular pack & the installation guy & even the C.S. rep told me 3 months all the movie channels are free. But suddenly it all stopped. When I spoke to them, they said, all those channels are paid channels & I need to pay for each one 28(incl of all taxes). Which they never informed earlier. They never ever connect to their Team lead. Always those guys are busy(obviously, if they give this ind of service)..
I am still suffering from that connection problem. Please never ever go for BIG TV. Its a BIG SCAM...
