I got BIG TV on 11-Sep. It is already 17-Sep and there is no installation completed till now. Here is series of event :
11th sep: set top box provided, money collected.
14th Sep: No response. I called there call centre and as ususal they said server is slow/down so they cannot log a complaint.
15th Sep: I managed to get contact number of one person who was to come to my place to install it. I called him and asked him to call me before reaching my place so that I reach home from office. This person never called me. When I tried calling him later in the evening the number did not belong to him.
16th Sep: I called call centre again and was informed that my work order has been cancelled because their update said no on found at home(no one even too care of informing me that what happened from their end). I had to lodge a request again for installation.
17 Sep : Till now obviously there is no response.
Do not judge the satelllite TV options just because of cost and initial offering.
