Big TV is all about big gyan big words and big promises - nothing shown in action. It has been 15 days since my cheque was credited and yet to see what Big TV has to offer at my home - waiting for the installation.
It has meant three days of leave based on promises made by - booking person, installation person and then person in charge of installation in Bangalore.
They promise the sun, but by the end of it the cusomer is made to settle for the distant shooting star. Their service personals have learnt the art of delaying with the excuse of ’2 minutes and we will get back’ - believe they have maggi noodles every day.
They dont revert and pursuing further you will get the opportunity to talk to every employee in Big TV in Bangalore by the end of a very fruitful day. Their phones have been enabled by Reliance to restrict any customer call to 1 every day. Immaterial u try the same number - they dont pick or its unreachable.
I would have gained someone’s blessing if I had donated the Rs.1600 to some good cause. Forget refunds - its never been in their policy. Good Luck for enjoying the Big TV experience
