We have taken big tv connection in last year and we came to know that people are so horrible on the earth. they gave some fault promise like whichever the time u dont need tv, no need to recharge at that time and all. so we were out of station for 2 months and they called us by saying that if you dont recharge your tv, we will take the setup box and refund your money of about 1500Rs.
We said we will recharge after a month. they said it is not possible, u have to recharge now itself otherwise we will give police compliant, because in the terms and conditions it is written that you will recharge continuously and you have signed for it. So we said we will give the set up box, and they said within 2-3 days they will send the cheque to us. even after 15days we didnt recieve, and we called the lady around 7 pm in the evening who spoke to us.
She said this is not office hours call later. (They took the setup box on sunday:)). Again we called next day and she just hesitated to speak to us and she disconnected the call. Again we called her she did not receive the call. Again after 2 days I called her and when spoke to this matter she just disconnect the call. later she did not recieve my call at all.This lady name is Priya and it seems she is Electronic city office. her contact number is 9379918848.
After few days I got message to my mobile by saying that your big tv has been recharged, ( I dont even have set up box). they sold the set up box to somebody and whenever they recharge I get the message. I called customer care and that lady said we cannot do anything for this. I dont understand what is the meaning of customer care when they are not able to solve our problem. I did not see anything so horrible on the earth. If any of the managers read this review please do something for the ignorance of Priya. For that purpose only I gave her details. Now I dont know who is using the card which is in my name. Even they didnt even change the number while giving the same setup box to somebody else. (My card number was 200767545058)
