The reliance BIG TV are big cheaters. They don’t have money to maintain a stock of Set top box, or to increase the customer care staff, or to increase the service providers. but they will collect money on time.
From last 15 days, I am struggling and they still won’t change my set top box. Even today, they are saying stock of set top box is not available and it may take 2 more days.
