Big Tv is one of the DTH providers here in India but it have one of the most worse and bad services when compared to other DTH providers. BIG Tv does not care about its customers at all. I had Big Tv connection and I faced a lot of issues and problems.
The quality of Channels are good but there is a regular distortion and network error in the connection. The network reception is very much weak. If it rains just for 5 minutes and just a little drizzle of water drops the Tv channels stop working indicating network error. This shows that how much weak is the channel broadcast. Also the recharge Plans of BIG Tv are also costly as compared to the other operators. Even the recharge vouchers are not available in many shops. The recharge of BIG Tv is not possible due to zero availability of vouchers. ’
Many of the Shops states that they do not recharge BIG Tv or do not keep its vouchers as they do not have profit in it and not many people have its connection as due to ita bad service all of them have discontinued using BIG Tv. So Finally after facing lots of problems and issues I finally decided to remove BIG Tv connection as there are much demerits and issues in using it. I then switched to Airtel Digital Tv and I am very happy with my decision. As a result at present time the BIG Tv DTH service is stopped and discontinued by the Company itself due to loss in the market and people were not preferring it. Therefore I do not recommend BIG Tv to anyone as it has the poorest service and your tv experience will get worse of you are using BIG Tv. It is very good that it is discontinued.
