I have been cheated by Reliance BIGTV service providers. They give all goody-goody talks but when it comes to service provision they just donot want to understand the customers complaints.
I had subscribed for a years Gold - Pack of Bigtv after 10 months they have just disconnected it saying that their staff has fed the details wrongly and after 10 months they cannot do thee changes?
Isn’t sad???
We pay and they enjoy
