I have purchased a big tv on 10/10/08 from cunningham road web world .They told me the installation it takes 72 hour’s, OK, after that today is 17/10/08 @10:15 pm still my BIG TV is uninstalled when I call to the customer care there the people are disconnecting the call, or no response, or they are telling that everyday today evening shore my person will come & install.But the same procedure, can anybody tell me the procedure that what the hell the big tv is doing.Then after 8 day’s I thought that I would give a request to"MOUTHSHUT" .
They told us it will be 140+ channels....OK...after installatation all channels were displaying ....than after 45 days , All most 15-20 channels are not coming if I ask to customer Care they are telling that is payed channels...Ex: HBO, ZEE NETWORK ALL CHANNELS, AAJ TAK, SAB TV, FILMY, REGIONAL CHANNELS.
Can anybody tell me why is this? They have taken 2190/- for 1 year free but totally waste. As a friend I refer for all my friend’s so plz don’t ever but this big tv.
