It has been over a month my neighbour is talking really big (abuses) about big tv. They initially faced installation delays and then the set top box was not functioning properly. On the top of it my neighbour is very particular & organized by nature but he did not get good and prompt response from the customer care which inturn was really disheartening for him. With all his frustration he is just finding out ways to shift his big tv connection to either Tata sky or airtel.
I wonder how big tv is surviving in the market. With such discontent how can they simply be reluctant to address to these issues. And my neighbour is not the only one who has problems with big tv. Even our society secretary is facing customer service issues.
Its high time for them to change their approach and make their system error free. Else there are players ready to grab their share in the pie.
