Big TV is big in promises but very poor and in fact a cheat in truth. It actually promises 32 movie channels for 3 months and 152 channels for 1 year and finally you get 20 (No english movie channels), and 102 channels (most of them are of no use) and when you call, the customer service does not even know the package.. Don’t think you are getting good range looking at the ads.
Each extra channel is atleast Rs 60!!! Overall, I dont recommend this to anybody atleast after I became the victim of it, I would like to stop others in getting into this dirt. Also the GUI is sooo poor.. Its response time is horrible most of the time.
One good thing, the programs are much better quality than other normal cable channels. Cannot compare with other DTH services as this is my first one. And another good thing is the installation, it is pretty fast , within 1-2 days.
