From 2 yrs, I am using big TV. the big mistake of my life made 2 yrs ago. I have shifted to new location. the installation was done by low grade technician. And from 2 days I am calling CS care. but still my channels have not resumed. Spoke to 2 exe and 2 supervisor. the say in 15 mins it ll be solved.
Big time liars. I feel Mr. Ambani should dump in a big well. I am totally dishearten with the Customer support.
