I want to narrate experience of owning a Big tv.I brought the Startup kit from Reliance web world forum.Sales People in the webworld offer much and deliver poorly
After getting the start up kit I raised a work order.It is very difficult to get customer care number and if you get the connections the guys are non responsive and also hang up your calls.I believe it is a Customer curse centre rather than a customer care centre.They give you false promise of installation within 48 hours.But even after about 50 calls and one month nobody came for installation.I went to web world forum and asked the manager to take back my start up kit.only after his escalation I got the connection that too after one week.
After getting connection the Service team entered regional pack of their choice rather than what I have requested.I have to again call up customer care centre multiple times to get it changed.Whole process of changing took one week
Now after one month my set top box go hanged and showing bluescreen.The setbox provided by reliance seems to be some third quality inferior chinese product which usually hangs and take lot of time to start.
I have raised a complaint(80188862) and even after two weeks this is not replaced.When I try to contact reliance web world their response the sales people immediately disconnects the call .They are not responsive and will not connect to manager.Manager and team are always in some useless meetings rather than helping the customers
I recommend not to buy a bigtv connection. Just want to mention latest developments after writing the review
1.one Service person came and replaced my settop box within 6 hours
2.Call from Reliance web world regarding my Issue by evening
