A. Big tv 80% r faulty , scrape.some give buzzing noise , giving shocks(because no internal earthing provided in adopter), hang.
B. When main heater , hub (stb is heart of dth) faulty , scrape we cant do anything.
C. Customer service poor, worst then bsnl.terrible.
D. Till under testing mode if u trust on reliance group from past u feel fraud or harrasment with buying this worst product in dth market..
I dont know only local cable operator can dare to launch this type of product
This servise only u can compare with cable operator without giving stb.

Out of 3 stb one stb have problem 1/3 stb have problem.
His c c service like that u give money some buddy base on trust & his intense was not give money back & he give u answer ok i give u money after some time. U know every time he make u fool.
There was 800 lakh complain from his 4 lakh new costumer . Not under testing mode. Now they crossed 100mn complains from i mn coustumer.
Every day he gets 80, 000 complain. May be solve 80 or 800.
Company management didnt take any solid step to solve crisis.
Even retail small distributer didnt prefer or sell big tv he prefer tatasky or dish may he have his on reputation standard which he didnt want to loose.
At reliance web world or express there there employee gets shy or some agitation to give big tv to costumer.
Even cable tv operator gets confidence because they r batter then big tv. Now may be they go in blued money or leather currency business
