This is to inform that Reliance has the world’s worst customer care service. You call up, have to wait at least 20 minutes for the person, every time give the issue then they keep us on hold & disconnect the call or the best part you get the person as you say Hi on the call it is disconnected, then again call & wait.
I raised complaint for changing the setup box on 20-07-2014 but still now it’s not rectified .every time I use to call customer care they used to take complaints and they are saying always wait for 5 days. I already paid the money for one year. The people who has plan to take DTH service please don’t go for BIG TV.
Reliance Big TV authorities if you have time then please look into the matter.
Don’t make the problem from BAD to WORSE.
